Laura’s journey in recruitment began with sourcing teachers for schools across the United Kingdom, followed by successfully recruiting nursing and care staff for a UK-based nursing agency. Her career then took her to South Africa, where she spent six years at a leading careers portal, starting in customer service before earning a promotion to marketing assistant.
For the past three years, Laura has led the recruitment department for a U.S. digital marketing agency, where she discovered the remarkable alignment between the work ethic of South African professionals and the needs of the U.S. market.
